Who makes Kai Naturals products?

Our products are manufactured by Prakruthi Oil Mill, an FSSAI-licensed family mill, and marketed by Kai Naturals. Each label shows the maker's name, address and FSSAI number.

What does wood cold-pressed mean?

The seeds are crushed in a wooden mortar and pestle that turns slowly. The oil stays cool, so it keeps its natural colour, smell and nutrients. Refined oils are heated and chemically treated; ours are not.

Does the herbal toothpaste contain fluoride?

No. Our herbal toothpaste has no fluoride. It is a cosmetic toothpaste for everyday cleaning and fresh breath, not a medicine. For dental problems, please see your dentist.

Why is my ghee grainy or solid?

Traditional ghee sets and turns grainy when it is cool. That is natural. Keep it at room temperature, tightly closed, and always use a dry spoon.

My jaggery powder has formed lumps. Is it OK?

Yes. Jaggery absorbs moisture from the air. Break the lumps with a dry spoon and keep the pack tightly sealed in a dry place.

How long do the products last?

Check the best before date on each pack. Oils are best within 6 months of opening, pantry mixes within 3 months of opening when kept dry.

Can I build my own combo?

Write to us on WhatsApp with what you'd like and we'll put together a combo for you.

How long does delivery take?

We pack orders within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days depending on your PIN code. You will get a tracking link by SMS and email.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Not yet. Cash on delivery is coming soon. For now, please pay online by UPI, card or netbanking; all payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

What if something arrives broken or leaking?

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email and we will send a replacement.
